Unlock the power of your energy and live with purpose! 🌟 In this episode, Bill Heinrich shares practical ways to direct your energy for positive change. 💥🎧
Do you ever feel like you’re just going through the motions, waiting for something to change, something to get better, even the slightest of movements? Maybe you’ve tried different strategies, read self-help books, or listened to countless motivational talks, yet you’re still stuck. The problem isn’t that you are not pushing hard enough— you’re missing a critical shift in perspective. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, I sit down with Bill Heinrich, a transformational coach who has mastered the art of helping people break free from fear and step into their true purpose. And it’s all about your own energy and how to direct it.
Bill’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: you don’t need years of therapy or personal development to transform your life and get better results. Bill walked out on his own life one cold winter night to begin his decade long journey to happiness and fulfillment on his own terms. He shares that we need to understand a few key principles that will instantly change the way we see ourselves and the world around us. One of his most profound insights? Acceptance is far more powerful than forgiveness—and once you grasp this, your emotional and mental burdens can disappear overnight. He also explains why fear is nothing more than a mental construct and how recognizing this fact can immediately remove the obstacles holding you back.
Unlike many personal development coaches, Bill guarantees results. He promises that anyone who works with him will be living their life’s purpose in a very short period of time, or he’ll give them their money back. This is worth listening to, because he’s either the real deal or the opposite! You be the judge of it.
If you’re ready to take control of your life and finally experience the transformation you’ve been searching for, don’t wait any longer. Listen to this episode, reflect on Bill’s insights, and take action. Visit his website to dive deeper into his work. And if this conversation resonated with you, let us know in the comments! Please enjoy the show and listen to what our guest today has to say about this very topic. Beater Chelette here, the host of the Business Growth Architecture with Bill Heinrich, and today we're going to talk about, really how to manifest, I want to say, almost effortlessly, utilizing the laws of the universe and some spiritual insights and practices. And who better on the show than Bill Heinrich? Bill, I'm so excited to have you on the show. Welcome.
Bill Heinrich:Thank you. I'm so happy to be here, looking forward to this
BEATE CHELETTE:exactly so for somebody who's never heard about you or is not familiar with the work that you do, what is it that you do? And how do you help your clients solve their problems?
Bill Heinrich:I teach people how to live their life purpose. So I take them from struggling in the physical to living a powerful life and understanding what their energy is and how to use it in a positive manner. Can
BEATE CHELETTE:we define the term energy? So a lot of time, a lot of people throw the term energy around freely and recklessly, everything is energy. You know, be careful what you give your energy to in the context of what you do. What is my energy? It is you.
Bill Heinrich:It's all that you are, it's all that we are, and it's all that everything is, is energy. Everything is a vibration that's proven scientifically. So, you know, people say we have a soul. No, we are a soul. You see what people see when you look in the mirror, really, isn't you? It's a ref what you see in the mirror is a manifestation of your energy in that moment of your physical being when you die, what you see in the mirror stays here. It's your energy that leaves any meaningful connection you make in life. Anything that happens powerfully happens only with energy. Everything else is a manifestation of it. And so the only connection you have with all that is, is energy. But the biggest mistake that people make about living their purpose, about having fulfillment in a meaningful life, is they always look outside of themselves as to what they've done, when, in fact, it's only about who you are being, who are you being, not what you're doing, what you're doing doesn't matter who you're being. That matters. That's what creates your energy, and that's what allows you to connect with what I refer to as universal energy. You can call it whatever we want, but the universe is in a constant state of expansion. You can't connect with it intellectually.
BEATE CHELETTE:No. Can you maybe give us some insights around the difference between doing and being because we've certainly been, most of us have been raised to get it done. Hustle, make it work, fake it till you make it Oh. He's laughing. Those of you who can't see him physical here now you're laughing. Why are you laughing about this? Because
Bill Heinrich:doing is everything outside of you being is everything inside of you. So if
BEATE CHELETTE:I'm taught that I have to put myself out on dating websites or go out I'm not going to find them in my house. If I want a job, I have to fill out job applications. If I want to run my business, I need to go actively look for clients. How does this connect to the being that you talk about?
Bill Heinrich:Okay, let's talk about your partner. You did not choose your partner outside of you. You took action to support your energetic intention, and you did what felt right. I did it felt right when you met. At them. I don't care what they looked like. It had to feel right. And they did. You'd have to poke around and test that feeling to make certain. And it took a little while to actually see if the energetic resonance was there. If it wasn't, then then it was repelling. If I asked you to go to any moment in your life that was special, you're immediately going to go to how it felt. Then you're going to tell me what manifested when I asked you what to describe love to me, you can't, if I ask you to describe abundance, you can't. You can't describe gratitude. You can describe how it manifested in your life at a particular time, but there's no definite physical definition for it. I was interviewed this morning by this really nice young fellow, and he was asking me about that, and I said I told him, I said he had young daughters, twins, I told him, I said you didn't know love until you met your daughters, and then they introduced you to unconditional love. And he went, Wow, that is so true. I had no concept of love until that happened. So it's about who you're being. His daughters couldn't speak. They didn't sit up and say, Daddy, this is love. It's it was all energetic, 100% now,
BEATE CHELETTE:if I wanted to use this concept that everything is energy as a strategy, can I do that? It's the only one to use. Most people think that what you're talking about, and strategy or implementation are two different things, but you say it is not so. So give me an example now, and say, if I want to manifest abundance, and let me be specific, let's say I want to manifest $25,000 by the end of the month, and I want to use energetic principles to do that. I still have to do things, but I also have to use other principles. Can you take me through? How do I need to get this figured out in my head to fully utilize these, principles? Well,
Bill Heinrich:you have to understand it's working with intention, okay? And it's all about the intention and the energy. First of all, when you're manifesting $25,000 that's like taking a hot dog to a banquet, okay? Because why would you limit yourself? We don't care the amount what's there is an intention to manifest and create something in your life, and it's you allow the universe to do that for you, but the moment you put a physical description on it, you now have an expectation, and the definition of disappointment is when expectation meets reality, you're never going to be happy, and even if you hit the nail on the head with the expectation in reality, you're going to be disappointed a couple days later, because there's no fulfillment in it. It's gone. It's something in the physical. The physical can only bring suffering. It's hard work, lack of clarity and suffering. That's what our life brings us. That's it. That's all you get out of life. If you really want to have a meaningful life, then it's about who you're being and the energy behind your strategy, right? Like I work with clients, very successful business people, we use energy to create the intentions and to support the strategies of what they're creating. One of them is a financial fellow that's financial planning and stuff for people like his business is like crazy expanded, but he stopped selling. I got him to stop. I said, stop selling. Connect. Just go connect with the people, right? Because this is what people miss, is if you're going to have a relationship with anyone, there's a key element that must be there, and if it isn't there, there's trouble. And that element is mutual appreciation. So if I'm here to take from you, if I'm here to conquer you, we don't have mutual appreciation. And you can feel the energy, right? And you get into then you get into the cat fight. But when there's a mutual appreciation, it's saying I recognize that you're totally different than me, and I'm totally different than you. So let's have a conversation that's mutually pleasing to both of us, regardless of the outcome, the outcome is irrelevant, and this is how one builds trust. This is how one builds a very deep, meaningful relationship. I do that with my clients. There's something very unique about my clients. Okay, I currently have five one on one clients. I have groups also. I have five one on one clients that have all been with me for seven years. That is so unusual in coaching, we meet every week for seven years. Probably won't end. Why should it end? We're in we're holding the intentions we have mutual appreciation, and we're creating expansion and just enjoying life and seeing everyone's life just continue to expand and explode open, because like attracts like, people never going to remember what you said. They're only going to remember how you may then feel. Feeling is your vibration, and how you feel is the only thing in life that's real. That's it. Even the story that creates the feeling isn't real, but the feeling is real. That's it. That's the only thing is real. Everything else is a perception of what you think is going on. And there's always three things happening in everybody's life, what they think is happening, what they want to happen, and what's actually happening.
BEATE CHELETTE:It sounds appealing and exciting, and it sounds much easier than, I think what most of us are doing
Bill Heinrich:there's much easier than most people. Is so much easier to live your purpose than to struggle. It's survival. I mean, it's just, it's it's so simple,
BEATE CHELETTE:it's ridiculous. I've always said that what makes you think that you're going to be more successful and make more money with something you dislike doing, that you wouldn't be more successful and happier with doing something you really, truly love. I mean, that's I just don't understand. But it's somehow it seems to be stuck in people's minds that they have to be in a job that makes them miserable. It's
Bill Heinrich:a survival mindset. See, the thing is, they don't have to be miserable in the job. They have to understand the stories inside them that create their misery because the stories don't support them. And it's that simple, and the only way you can tell if a story doesn't support you is how you feel. That's it. You can't think it, you can't know it. You have to feel it. And when you feel it, you go, Okay, this I don't like feeling it. They've come to see me because they don't like the way they feel about it. It's not about what's going on in your life. It's how you feel about it. And your greatest asset is something called free will and choice. And we're the only ones in the universe that have that yet, when we live and live outside of ourselves, when we live in survival, we give it away. We have no clue about free will and choice. I do what I want, when I want, where I want, with who I want, anytime I want. Now that sounds a bit facetious. It isn't that's the definition of being spiritually responsible. That's the definition of why choice is so powerful.
BEATE CHELETTE:It certainly is. And I want to give an example and get your spin on this. So you know, I've talked about this on the show, my home, my podcast, soon in my office, everything burned down in a period of 24 hours. Interestingly enough, you know, when this happened, I was on a spiritual journey, and a lot of the spiritual journey was about letting go and stepping
Bill Heinrich:into wisdom. Be careful what you wish for, right?
BEATE CHELETTE:Holy, smoking macro. And the voice was pretty clear, you need to let go of everything. And I'm like, Yeah, sure, sure, I get it. You know, letting go? No, no, no, no, you know, no letting go. Like, oh, let it all go. I'm like,
Bill Heinrich:I'm sorry. I apologize for laughing, right? That
BEATE CHELETTE:really, no, but, but, but the universe has a sense of humor. They should have told me it's extreme version, right? And then four days later, I had to let everything go, because it was let go for me, but to your point or and to your point in an interesting way. I felt I've been in flow,
Unknown:yeah, where
BEATE CHELETTE:I you know, the friend that had the place we could crash came forward immediately. The friends
Bill Heinrich:the universe steps right in and takes care of you, everything and everyone in the universe is conspiring to help me. That's the life I live.
BEATE CHELETTE:I have never experienced this, not like this, before. So I wonder, Is it easier for me to surrender because I've been surrendered because there is literally nothing I can do about the magnitude of this is so extreme that even if I wanted to hold on to. Anything I couldn't because it's gone, right? So is it easier? I mean, as much as we can talk about easy to say a lesson this big in surrender and letting go is almost easier, but if I still have everything surrender and let go is much more difficult, because now I have to make conscious
Bill Heinrich:choices. So the choice of words isn't something that I would use surrender. Okay, go ahead. I want to hear what you say about it, yeah, because surrender and let go has to do with the physical. Your lesson is in acceptance and detachment.
BEATE CHELETTE:Oh, I felt that. Yes, uh huh.
Bill Heinrich:You see the difference in that? Yeah. So you can, you can live with extreme acceptance and detachment and still have, I live in a constant state of detachment. I mean, there's nothing fulfilling in the physical world. There's nothing there. It isn't a Ferrari, it isn't a big house, it's, it's who you're being. That's where the fulfillment is. That's where the fulfillment is. You know, when you speak about acceptance, I'll tell you another one. This is, this is a higher teaching. I guess I would call it okay, but forgiveness, right? I mean, forgiveness is a joke, because who gave me the power to forgive? I mean, come on, what am I going to wave a wand forgiveness? It's really about complete acceptance, unconditional acceptance, unconditional love with acceptance. That's what forgiveness is. Yes, that happened, I accept that there's a lesson there for me. The moment I carry resentment about it or anger, then it's like me drinking poison wanting them to die, right? So it's really about acceptance, unconditional love. That's where the real vibration is. That's where the real power is right, this, this thing of forgiveness is, is no, it's acceptance. It's acceptance of what's occurred, and it's, it's acceptance of who I am. I
BEATE CHELETTE:like that much better, because this forgiveness thing, especially for people that have had significant trauma or abuse, the word forgiveness is a huge trigger, and I don't think it's necessary. I've always felt that I don't want to give people that much power over me. I don't want to give them my energy. I don't want exactly, exactly, be in a position to control me by something that they did 3040, 50 years ago. You
Bill Heinrich:can only play one of two play in one of two positions in life. That's it. You're either going to have power or you're going to be the victim. There's no other position to take. Yeah,
BEATE CHELETTE:that was a great quote that I heard in one of my spiritual journeys, and that really put it in perspective for me. And it goes like this. It says, How hungry must your heart have been to devour mine and dad puts it right back into the responsibility of the person who does it, versus them doing it. What I'm hearing you talk about this recognition of what do I choose to take on? Yes, talk to me a little bit about that. How can I have maybe a little bit more I don't wanna say control, because if I say control and you're gonna correct me
Bill Heinrich:with a different word, no, no, no,
BEATE CHELETTE:go ahead. Here's
Bill Heinrich:what I'm going to say, and I know that you're going to agree with me about control. Okay, my life is out of completely out of control, and yours is too Yes, and that's a fact. It is a fact. What people are doing is you work with your mind, but your mind can only do two things. One, access the past. It has to go to one of your past experiences, and two, protect you. That's all it can do. It can't do anything else. Your mind can't even come to the present moment. It is not possible. Your mind cannot participate in the present moment. It's not possible. Your mind can only create fear to protect you and to create fear it must go to the past or to the future. It's impossible to create fear in the present moment, absolutely impossible,
BEATE CHELETTE:which is why they say, if you, if you live in the here and now, nothing can ever happen to you.
Bill Heinrich:That's right. This is just stuff that goes on. We don't know anything. Yet our mind tells us to protect this little piece we have. And eventually, what most people are doing is they're focused on getting to death safely. People regret
BEATE CHELETTE:the things they did not do for whatever reasons that they are so bill for our audience that's listening, and it goes like, yeah, that sounds all really good. How? How can I overcome my own limited thinking. What do I do now to get out of this? Well,
Bill Heinrich:there's a couple of big pills you got to swallow to start with, right? And first of all, I've been doing this. I've been researching this for over 30 years. I walked away from my life because I was so miserable, so I could find the answer to why I was miserable. This is what led me on this path. I literally, two days after Christmas, walked out the door, left the relationship, walked out into a snow storm, and never came back. I changed everything but my name, and it's led me to finding these things. And there's some very key considerations that people have to acknowledge. The first one is we are constitutionally incapable of being honest with ourselves. It is not possible. The reason it isn't possible is because we've come to Earth. We each have life lessons. There's 38 different life lesson paths a person could be on with billions of combinations, and people have blind spots. They're living with a blindfold on making decisions based on who they aren't in this game of survival. Let's just start there. So let's just simplify life. There's only two emotions, love and fear. End of conversation, everything comes from one of those. Everything. Fear is an innate understanding that everyone has so deep in themselves that they don't recognize it. And the fear is that they know they're going to die and it's inevitable. So it's fear of loss. This is what creates more fear than anything else in life. It's our fear we're going to lose someone. Yeah, you're going to lose them. Guess what? That's what happens. Everybody dies when that's why our life is out of control. So fear can only be created in your physical life. It's impossible to create fear in your non physical. You know what is spiritual? First of all, you know, everybody's, oh, spiritual. It's like spiritual is non physical. That's what spiritual is. Let's get clear about that. Everybody calls it different things. They want to put a religious or, you know, the holy slant on the word. It's just, it's energy, and the universe runs everything. Wake up people, the universe is running everything. Everything's a vibration. It's in a constant state of change, organic expansion, all the time. When you're rigid, you are against the flow, you're in resistance. So suffering is there? That has to be, because everything's flowing. It just it is. Why do things happen? I don't know, but it's, it's who we're being after they happen. So the first thing people need to look at, the number one root of all evil is defensiveness, because when you're being defensive, you're protecting a story inside you. And I've been to many spiritual seminars. I've done very intense work over the years in this area, and I've like been to these seminars that were amazing. The weekend was like crazy to a vibration that I can't even describe. You know, you walk out dizzy, right? Stay that way for a few days. I mean literally, because begin, right?
BEATE CHELETTE:I'm talking about. Because, yeah, drunk, You know what drunk, drunk, quick connection, yes. Like, you go, like, there's nothing like being in cere-, being in ceremony creates a unbelievable vibration.
Bill Heinrich:It's it's wild, right? But why do people not come back? Why do they stop that was my question, and I stayed there long enough to find the answer. And the answer is this, they reach a point where there's a story that they need to protect, yeah, and that kind of perspective, it stops them dead in their tracks. They are not willing to let go of the story, or they aren't willing to look at it. You
BEATE CHELETTE:know, it's so interesting that you say that, because I had this experience, not on my last but the first planned journey I was on, I realized that my trauma story with my mother and the abuse, that if I was going to let that story go, that is everything on, why I am, who I am, what I did, why I did it, the choices I made, if I were to let that story go at what if. 58, 59, 60 shit. What's it gonna do to all these years that that story drove the narrative? Then that's poof, that's gone. And then what? So I understand that point of view very, very clearly, because I was there a year ago, and I'm like, you know, this made me a little uncomfortable here, because if I were to let that go and release her energetically from me and say she did the best she could with what she had, you know, World War Two child, God knows what happened to her, bless her, what's hers is hers. It's not mine. You know, like doing all that good energy release work, and then I cannot tell that story anymore, because then that story has no more meaning and is no longer true. So I think that the letting go okay,
Bill Heinrich:but I would, I would take you on a different path with it. Please
BEATE CHELETTE:go ahead. Do
Bill Heinrich:you tell the story because she taught you a valuable lesson, and have gratitude for the lesson. Let go of the sadness that you didn't realize it till a year ago. But what did she teach you? What did that lesson teach you? This made you who you are today. I live the life of misery, and it's every moment of that misery that allows me to be who I am today, and it's every moment of that misery that allows me to connect on a deep level with anyone about anything, energetically, because I understand it. I empathize with it. On a soul level, yes, I am so grateful. And on a physical level, I'm just so grateful. So you know my father and I clashed, and, you know, I was the rebel, and I'm so grateful for the lesson that he taught me about commitment, about me being afraid to stand up and commit to who I was, because I had to tell him who I wasn't. I had to show him who I wasn't. And once I finally got it. I was like, Oh my gosh, I'm rebelling. That means they still have control over me. They say black, I go white. I'm not being me. What a valuable lesson to learn to become me. Well, that's really,
BEATE CHELETTE:that you really describing, I think the path to freedom, the that the path to freedom, certainly, you know,
Bill Heinrich:yeah, it's the way I live. Is total freedom, free will and choice, yeah,
BEATE CHELETTE:yeah, free will and choice is to say, what do I allow to have control over me? And if anything does, is it true? I realized that it can't have been that good to begin with, because otherwise it wouldn't have fallen apart. So for the need for it to fall apart in such a dramatic way, someone's getting my attention, I have no desire to be on a sales call right now. I feel like I should logically, but I neither emotionally nor spiritually, really have the energy to do that. I just want to talk to people right now. I want to connect. I want to find out. I want to dive in. A fellow podcaster invited me into a vision workshop that he's doing. I think it came like back in flow. I said it on Friday, I feel like I'm lacking my vision. His program started on Monday.
Bill Heinrich:It's the universe. I walked away from my life, like I got rid of everything, and that's when I learned that I will always be taken care of. I literally walked away from everything. I didn't work for two years like I just went on a I gutted myself. I was totally committed to find the source of my misery. It was amazing the way the universe took care of me. It was incredible, absolutely incredible. How
BEATE CHELETTE:did you trust? How did you learn to trust? How did you how did you even make the
Bill Heinrich:it's real simple unwillingness, unwilling to live a certain way any longer.
BEATE CHELETTE:You know how I call it, I say the pain of you staying where you are must be greater than your fear of change
Bill Heinrich:Exactly. It's like I can't take it anymore,
and it was if it was 9:30 at night and snowing, when I walked out the front door, I just looked up and said, God, I don't know where you're going to take me, but it's going to be better than where I've been.
BEATE CHELETTE:Let's do it, and anything but this, yes, that's what
Bill Heinrich:it takes. You know, you know. And again, you know. I know. This is a business show. Let me tell you about business, everything is to learn lessons. There's no difference business, personal, it's all the same. 100% the same. People see it differently. They're wrong. It's all the same. You are here to learn lessons. You have life lessons, and they show up everywhere. So. Especially in business or your ego and are in, they really show up there, you know, once people get that, and then you start community, you know, like with business people, one of the things I teach them is the difference between accountability and responsibility. People don't know the difference between the two. The vast majority, I tell them, pick one. They pick accountability, which is wrong. That makes you a victim. You're an energetic victim. When you have accountability, you're answering to somebody outside of you. You're doing it to be seen. You're doing it to get a result that's going to get recognized. I don't need accountability. I'm responsible for everything in my life. I don't care if you like it or not. It could. I could care less, because I'm making choices for me, not for you, not for your approval. I was actually
BEATE CHELETTE:just having this conversation this morning. That was one of my breakthroughs this morning, as I was doing this visioning program. And there was a piece in this where I said, the the reason why strategy oftentimes doesn't work, or most of the time, doesn't work because, you know, not to put blame on anybody but the McKinsey's of the world and the people that are the great strategists all make it sound like it's static. It's not. It's dynamic, right? Exactly.
Bill Heinrich:It's like clarity. Yeah. It's called Clarity. You'll never have you'll never have clarity. You will never have clarity.
BEATE CHELETTE:So as we wrap this up for today, if somebody now goes, I really want to do this. Where do I start? What's the first thing that I need to do? Like i i heard you. I'm not satisfied anything, but this, what do I do?
Bill Heinrich:Go to speaktobill.com and get a 15 minute appointment with me.
BEATE CHELETTE:There you go. All right, so let's talk about that. For somebody who wants to hear how you can help them.
Bill Heinrich:them? Bill.com, speaktobill.com Where do we send
BEATE CHELETTE:bill.com and schedule the 15 we get a
Bill Heinrich:15 minute conversation. Whenever I speak to anybody, the first thing I have to do is I have to make sure that they have the capacity to do this. Not everybody does. This isn't for everybody, no. So it's whether or not they have the capacity. Because if, like, I'm not here to convince anybody of anything you get to live your own life. Everyone that works with me, everyone that's ever worked with me, I give them a 100% guarantee that in a very short period of time they will be living their life purpose, or I will give them all of their money back and their misery at the same time, and no one's ever asked for their money back in 15 years, because we're all unique. And once you grasp just a couple of these simple principles, your life changes so quickly. It's like, whoa. Like. This isn't like, do push ups for 30 days. This is make a choice, reap the reward.
BEATE CHELETTE:That's the way it works. All right, Bill, it's been a pleasure to have you on the show. Thank you so much for being here and sharing these concepts. You know, I selfishly always feel like I learned something myself. So I really appreciate you being here.
